Statistics: Russian retail sales increase by 7.4% in April
MOSCOW, May 31 (PRIME) -- Russia’s retail sales increased by 7.4% on the year in comparable prices to 3.669 trillion rubles in April after a fall of 5.1% in March, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Wednesday.
In January–April, retail sales fell by 3.6% on the year to 14.041 trillion rubles.
In 2022, retail sales decreased by 6.7% to 42.5 trillion rubles.
